I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with their loved ones. Milton and I had a traditional Thanksgiving lunch with his parents in Galveston on Thursday. Between the four of us we had a smoked turkey and a baked turkey! They were both amazing. Friday morning we woke up and hit the road to Austin to meet my parents and go to the Longhorn football game. My dad smoked ribs for the tailgate, and we had plenty of desserts to follow. Unfortunately the horns lost (let’s not talk about it), but we had so much fun with friends and family at the game. Saturday morning we got in the car for the last leg of our Thanksgiving trip. We went to San Saba to visit more of Milton’s family. I took advantage of Small Business Saturday and shopped the adorable stores in downtown San Saba, and Milton enjoyed an evening hunt in the hill country. We are back in Galveston now, and I’m browsing the internet looking for the best Cyber Monday deals to share with y’all.
