Fall style is my absolute favorite. I’m rounding up some of my favorite fall looks from last year, and a few from this year.
Even though it is technically “fall” right now, the cooler weather hasn’t exactly made it’s way down to Texas. Highs are still in the mid 80’s, but you can bet I’m wearing long sleeves as soon as I get the chance.
Burnt Orange
Top: Free People | Jeans: Levi’s | Earrings: Kendra Scott | Boots: University Co-Op
Scarf: Daisy Faye Designs Similar | Skirt: Levi’s on sale! | Shoes: Vince Camuto Similar
Burnt orange was a favorite last fall, and it is still going strong. This longhorn gal is thrilled about it. I’ve had a lot of burnt orange in my closet for years, and my collection is still growing. The sleeveless sweater I am wearing here is from Forever 21 a couple of years ago, but I have found some other adorable ones available online. The silk Free People top in the flat lay photo was marked down not long ago. I’m sure it’ll get marked down again, so I’ll keep an eye on it and let y’all know on my Instagram stories when it does!
Over The Knee Boots
OTK Boots: Vince Camuto marked down!
Over the knee boots are sticking around too. I snagged this Vince Camuto’s last year during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I actually found them online at Nordstrom Rack for 58% off (what an odd discount, but I’ll take it). I finally caved and bought some sleek over the knee boots that were super popular last year. Goodnight Macaroon, where I bought my newest pair, has 40% off everything! I’m not sure how long they’re running this sale, so check it out sooner rather than later!
Camis and Cardis
Cardigan: Nordstrom | Camisole: Nordstrom | Jeans: Nordstrom | Shoes: Target Similar
Camisole: Express | Jeans: Levi’s | Earrings: Kendra Scott | Monogram Necklace: BaubleBar | Booties: Vince Camuto | Sunglasses: Nordstrom
The camisole and cardigan look is fail-proof. So many bloggers are rocking this look right now. This combo is a perfect transition look for summer to fall. I’m over here in Texas dying to wear my sweaters, but in reality I’m perfectly comfortable in just the camisole top. This first look is from last year, but this exact cardigan and camisole are back in stock at Nordstrom. They’re just easy pieces to have in your closet. In the second look I’m wearing a classic black cami from Express, and the same, super soft, cardigan.
