Here is a simple go-to grocery list that will get you in and out of the store in no time. With these items you can easily prep healthy dinners and simple lunches for the week. I’m telling you…keeping groceries stocked saves my husband and I so much money! Don’t get me wrong, we love to dine out, but we work hard to save it for the weekends. It’s always something fun we look forward to when Friday rolls around.

Call me a weirdo, but I kind of have my grocery store memorized…so I write my list in the order that items are placed in the store. This makes everything so easy! A suggestion of mine is to shop the perimeter of the store first. Healthy tip: fresh food is located around the perimeter of the store, so shopping there results in a healthy cart of food!
