Fall Shopping Bag

Sharing my fall shopping bag with y’all today. I have rounded up some items that I’m really crushing on or have recently purchased for this season. To shop the image below just click on the item to go to the direct link.

Felt Fedora Hat $20

I love hats, but you’ll mostly find me wearing a ball cap. I have a container in my closet dedicated to ball caps. I also own a felt cowboy hat, but I have yet to cave and get one of those trendy over-sized fedora hats that are a classic “Christian girl fall” piece. Did y’all see that meme? I’m here for it. This one is at Target and only $20. If I’m going to try this trend I’m going to keep it budget friendly. Now I just need a good pumpkin patch or vineyard to take a photo of me wearing said hat.

Tarte Shape Tape Concealer $27

We cannot deny that in the colder months our beloved summer tan begins to fade away, and the dark make up starts to look a little silly. I bought the shape tape for the first time a year ago, and it is so worth it. I tried to be cheap and buy a drugstore brand a few months ago and I hated it. Ulta sent me a coupon for $10 off and I knew it was a sign that I needed to replace the shape tape. No, the bags under my eyes are not designer, but they can be covered very well with this concealer.

Kendra Scott Danielle Open Frame Earrings $55

It doesn’t get more classic Kendra than the Danielle earring. I remember freshman year of college seeing every girl in my dorm wearing these earrings. I’d never seen them before, and had no idea who this Kendra chick was (mind you, I was still wearing bedazzled blue jeans and fitted tees with wings screen printed on the back). It did not take long for my sorority sisters to introduce me to the now infamous jewelry collection. If you own any Kendra Scott earrings you know those babies can be heavy. Not these. My only hesitation of these earrings are the ease of which Caroline could wrap her little fingers around them and pull. I am willing to take the risk.

Lululemon Align Bike Short $58

The holy grail of leggings now comes in bike shorts. These were sold out forever and I stalked them on the lulu website for weeks waiting for them to come back in stock. They come in six colors and either a 6″ or 4″ inseam. I ordered the 6″ because modest is the hottest. These are perfect for when you’re in the mood to wear leggings, but it is still 90 degrees outside (which is Texas most of the year).

Goodnight Macaroon Ribbed Crop Turtleneck Sweater $59 ((40% off with code PREFALL))

On a realistic note, I probably won’t be adding this to my closet because it barely gets cold enough to wear a thick sweater in Galveston…but every fall when I see bloggers wearing this sweater I swoon. I love the color (Hook’em Horns) and the bell sleeves are super cute (but not functional). The loose turtleneck seems flattering. If you live somewhere that it gets cold enough to wear this please buy it and send me pics so I can live vicariously through you.

Kylie Matte Lip Kit in Twenty $29

This is a great fall lip color. I always forget to put lipstick on, but buying a quality product like this makes me WANT to wear lipstick. If you’re on the fence about Kylie lip products read my review here.

Buddylove Denim Jacket $90

Unfortunately, this baby is out of stock, and I think it is only out of stock because I want it. I eyed this denim jacket for months this past winter. Remember, I was super pregnant during the winter, so I had a hard time justifying (to myself) the purchase of clothes that cost more than $20 because I would have no idea how it really fit me until after I had Caroline. By the time I had Caroline and decided I NEEDED this jacket it was gone. It is still gone. If anyone from Buddy Love reads this, please restock this jacket.

Steve Madden Rookie Bootie

Snake print is all the rage. I think if I were to add any snake print to my closet it would be these booties. Block heels are always a win because a thick heel = stability. The retailer’s description uses the phrase “ankle-framing cut”, which is probably my favorite part about this shoe. I love the split side that shows some ankle.

Spanx Faux Leather Leggings $98

I bought these babies during the Anniversary Sale and I am pumped to wear them this fall/winter. You can bet I will be in them all of the time. I have a budget pair of faux leather leggings from Forever 21. They get the job done but they are thin and just feel cheap! The Spanx leggings are worth it, and I think these will last me for years to come.
