Tomorrow the Nordstrom Anniversary sale goes live for all [[8:30 am CST]]. I am sharing what I purchased from the sale and great items that are still in stock.
This year Nordstrom did something a little different with the Anniversary Sale. Anyone was able to preview the sale days before it went live to cardholders. This was a great idea, in my opinion. By making the preview live, I was able to browse the sale early, narrow down the items that I really want, and add them to my wish list to make shopping quick and easy. If you shop this sale every year, you know you have to move fast to get certain items before they sell out.
Unfortunately, A LOT of things were sold out before majority cardmembers gained access to the sale. Things do restock, but it happens randomly throughout the sale. I highly suggest getting the app and turning on notifications for restocks of items in your wishlist.

What I Bought
I went pretty easy on the sale this year. 1. Most items included in the sale are pretty predictable, and I just didn’t need a lot of new stuff, and 2. Stuff was sold out.
Last year I skipped the hot Vince Camuto bootie, but luckily this year’s style is almost identical. I love the pointed toe and camel color. Now that I am not carrying an infant maybe I can wear a little heel in the fall. Then again, chasing a toddler isn’t exactly easy to do in a heel.
I love Natori bras, and I was in desperate need of a new one.
The one thing I am MOST excited about is the zip up Patagonia jacket. Galveston does not get very cold in the winter, so I do not need a lot of coats or sweaters. It is nice to have a more relaxed zip-up jacket for walks and outings.
Caroline got a new pair of leggings in the sale! Honestly, I did not spend a lot of time browsing the toddler/little girl clothes. If you have a little you know just how fast they grow. Caroline does just fine in her Walmart and Target play clothes and her few special occasion outfits.
